Changing your wireless security
Overview
Some newer devices are requiring a higher level of wireless security encryption in order to be classified as secure. Your device is most likely referring to the WPA (wireless protected access) encryption our indoor wireless has enabled. Since our devices are set up to enable both WPA (for legacy devices) and WPA2, some devices will recognize this and give you an error. Follow the steps below to resolve the error messages.
NOTE: If you have any older wireless devices, they may no longer be able to connect to the wireless network that is changed from WPA to WPA2. If this is the case, we recommend only changing one wireless network to be the advanced WiFi, and connect your newer devices to it.
THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ONLY FOR THOSE DEVICES LISTED UNDER "Devices affected". If you are experiencing these issues and your device is not listed below, please contact your WiFi router manufacturer for instructions.
