If your Nokia Fastmile indoor device password no longer works and your network name has changed to NOKIA your device will need to be reconfigured for it to connect to the EAN network. We can remotely do this for you.
Please contact the EAN support team by either email at eansupport@nmu.edu or by phone at 1(888)458-8668 Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. We will need you to provide the SSID and WiFi key included with the device when it was originally shipped out. Please have your device connected to a power source and turned on during this process.
