Occasionally we will need customers to provide a specific username/password that is unique to your Nokia 4G08 router. Here is a guide about how to locate and provide this information:
1.) Flip your router upside-down to view the bottom.
2.) Locate the "Do Not Reset" and "SSID and WiFi Password" stickers on the device.
3.) Peel these stickers off. Be sure to write down the SSID and WiFi password if you do not have them documented elsewhere:
4.) Locate the "Username and Password" on the left side of the bottom of the router. The Username will always be "userAdmin" and the Password will be unique to each router:
5.) Carefully take a picture of the bottom of the router so that this information is clearly visible. If you cannot take a clear picture, please document the full password, being mindful of all different letters, numbers, and capital letters.
6.) Email this information to eansupport@nmu.edu or clearly and carefully provide the information to a support agent over the phone. It is important that this password is relayed accurately.
TIPS:
1.) Be sure to find this password in a well lit area so that you can take a clear picture, or clearly see each characters to give to a support agent.
2.) Use a magnifying glass or your phone camera's zoom feature to get a better look at the password.
3.) If you are reading this password to a support agent, be sure to use clear, identifying language when reading each letter. Specify which characters are capitalized or lowercase, and read letters using a phonetic alphabet like shown below:
