When you sign up for the Educational Access Network at the site www.nmu.edu/ean you will input your preferred payment for the service. The payment taken at that time is then set up for reoccurring billing for your monthly service. Within 1 week of your order, you will receive an email including your monthly billing amount, and the date of your regularly scheduled payment. At this time we do not provide pre-dated bills to pay manually. You will receive a notification and digital receipt when the charge is completed on your account.
You can change the card on your payment method by giving us a call at 1(888)458-8668 during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
