Sometimes EAN devices and their components are damaged. Depending on current inventory levels, a replacement part may be available from the EAN.
If any of your device components are damaged and/or no longer operational please reach out to us to inquire about a replacement part. We usually recommend replacing everything instead of individual components due to future complications.
Please send an email to eansupport@nmu.edu with your name, device type, and the part or component that is not functioning. You may be required to return the malfunctioning part in order to receive a new replacement part.
If you are leasing your device and a part failed under normal use, there should be no charge for a replacement part. Purchased devices passed the warranty period or devices damaged due to unintended use will require you to purchase a new device. Pricing and information can be requested by email or phone.
