Do students automatically become EAN customers after they graduate?

Student devices will not be automatically changed to the paid EAN service after graduation; you will need to sign up on our EAN sign up page using a non-nmu email address. To migrate a device to a paid account the former student will create a new account at www.nmu.edu/ean. For the selection of device type, choose the SIM card option:

Once an order is placed the former student will need to provide the SIM card number to the EAN. This number can be found on the SIM card itself and is usually labeled, "ICCID" or "IMSI info". With the SIM card number, we can remotely associate that SIM with the correct paid monthly plan.

NOTE** If the location of the device will be different from its previous service address, a new line of sight map will be needed.
