Resetting a forgotten password for you EAN account

2. Select "Log In" in the upper right-hand corner (pictured below)

3. Select "Forgot my Password" from the menu (pictured below)

4. Enter your email address into the "User ID" section (pictured below)

5. Select "Send A Recovery Password To Your Email Address" (pictured below)

6. Open your email account and select the email sent from the NMU EAN

7. While viewing the recovery email, select the link to reset your password and write down/copy the provided password (pictured below)

8. Select "Manage your user account" from the User Management screen

9. Using the password provided in the Recovery Email, reset your password.
