When you go through the order process and put in your payment information, you should be brought to a page that confirms your order has been placed and is currently being processed. If you are brought back to a payment confirmation page with our terms of use, a few things may have occurred:
1. Your billing information did not match what is associated with your card. Please verify that the billing information is correct and replace the payment.
2. The card that you used did not have sufficient funds available for the purchase, or you are utilizing a pre-paid card that does not have a billing address associated with the card. In this case, you may have to use another card.
3. A general error has occurred and your card was not charged. You may have to run the card again.
Unfortunately, we have no other way to process payments for your orders at this time and all payments need to go through this online portal.
