Whether you are leaving the Upper Peninsula for winter, going out of town for an extended period of time, or any other reason, you have the option to temporarily suspend your service. For customers who are currently leasing the equipment, this allows you to hold onto what you have already paid for until you want the service back.
There are two simple ways to suspend your service. The first is giving our support line a call at 888-458-8668 or 906-227-2957 during our business hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (7:30am - 4:00pm during Northern Michigan's summer semester). The other is sending us an email at eansupport@nmu.edu with the primary email address for the account holder.
