Being a month-by-month no contract service, you are able to cancel your service at any time with the Educational Access Network. For customers who have outright purchased their equipment, simply give our support line a call at 888-458-8668 or 906-227-2957 during our business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (7:30am-4:00pm during the summer semester) or email us at eansupport@nmu.edu and request to cancel your service.
For customers who are currently leasing equipment you will need to return all included equipment to fully cancel your service, otherwise, there is always the option to temporarily suspend services.
Feel free to stop by our Marquette office located in room 501 of the Cohodas building on Northern Michigan University's campus with all your equipment during the listed business hours. If you need to ship your equipment back, the original packaging should have had a Return Label included or we can always email another. Please give us a call or email requesting a cancellation so we know what to do with your equipment once it is received.
