We understand people have unique challenges in the Upper Peninsula and each user will have a different experience with our network. That is why we offer a 30 day grace period at the time of sign up.
Anytime within 30 days of your original order you decide you want to cancel your service for any reason, we will provide a full refund (minus shipping charges) after you return everything.
If you decide to cancel your service past the grace period, just return your equipment (if you are leasing the equipment) to stop your service. At this time, the leasing fee is not pro rated and non-refundable after the 30 day grace period.
