Setting Up The Nokia Broadband Installer App 5G16-A

Here is a step-by-step guide to setting up the Nokia Broadband Installer app for your Nokia 5G16-A Indoor/Outdoor CPE:

1. Open the Nokia Broadband Installer App, and select "New Installation" 

   

2. Select "Scan code" and scan the QR code provided on the box

   

3. The SIM card comes pre-installed. Click "Next"

   

4. Physically set up the device and make sure it is powered on. Select "Next"

   

5. Wait for the LED to light up solid green, and select "Next"

   

6. Pair to the device via Bluetooth while in the Nokia Broadband Installer app by inputting the pairing pin, which can be pasted in or found on the box of your device. Select "Next"

   

7. Enter the tower coordinates from the mapping information sheet provided by the EAN and hit next. You can use this map to properly align your antenna towards the EAN tower. 

   

8. An automatic signal-strength test will be conducted. Select "Next", "Start Testing", and wait for your signal values to be displayed.

    

9. When this is done, you can "Save location" and "Install Here". You will be able to reference your signal levels later if you would like to try different locations at a later time.

   

10. If not already done, mount the device at this time and select "It's mounted." 

    

11. Finalize the installation. Select "Next" to save the installation report.
