Cancellations
Any new order with a completed cancelation within 30 days of the original order will automatically be refunded. A cancelation qualifies as completed when the LTE device and its original components are returned. The refund will deduct the shipping fee of $15.00 when applicable.
There is no prorated refund when service is canceled after the initial 30-day refund period.
Service Suspension Requests
There is no prorated refund when service is suspended.
Express Replacement Requests
Express replacement deposits will be automatically refunded when the equipment is received in our office within 30 days of the original processing date, and pass the initial evaluation.
Service Outages

Connection Issues

Extensions
There is a one-week grace period on all missed payments. After one week, service will be suspended during our business hours. If you are unable to make a payment within the one-week grace period, please reach out to our billing department at eansupport@nmu.edu or (906)227-2957
